To let us know which model of cleaner you have, please contact us. Send us a picture of your cleaner and the replacement part you require to info@baracuda.co.za if you are unsure about the model.
To have your cleaner fixed after the warranty period has expired, we advise using one of our technicians, who will examine the device and provide you with a quote. Please contact us online or give our after-sales support team a call (available Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm).
