If your Quality Spa Heater Maxi Heat Pump does not turn on, the most common reasons are a disconnected power supply, a tripped RCD, or insufficient water flow.

Check that the RCD-protected plug is securely connected to a working plug and that water is circulating properly through the unit at a minimum flow rate of 1.5 m³/h.Â
